How do you ensure plants arrive safely during shipping?
We use specialized, eco-friendly packaging designed to secure the root ball and protect delicate foliage. Each plant is hydrated before transit and shipped via climate-controlled logistics to ensure it arrives at your doorstep healthy and ready to plant.
When is the best time to plant my new arrivals?
We recommend planting as soon as possible after delivery. If you cannot plant immediately, keep the plants in a shaded, sheltered area and ensure they stay well-watered until they are moved to their permanent home in your garden.
What is your 'Guarantee to Grow' policy?
We stand behind the quality of our plants. If your plant arrives damaged or fails to thrive within the first 30 days, please contact our customer support team with a photo, and we will provide a replacement or a store credit.
Do you ship to all states?
We ship to most states within the contiguous United States. However, due to agricultural regulations and quarantine restrictions, we may be unable to ship certain species to states like California, Arizona, or Hawaii.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been carefully packed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our website or the carrier's portal to monitor your plants' journey.
